Hand-picked, sun dried Taiwan Bio oolong tea leaves processed with traditional fermentation techniques and compressed into a mini tea brick in the shape of a chocolate bar. The easy to break squares are pre-measured and easy to infuse in a pot. With proper aging, the fruity, honeyed flavor will become sweeter and more refined.
If you keep this tea, it will be better after some years.
The tea trees are more than 80 years old. The garden is located in Sun-Moon-Lake area.
Oxidation: 30%, sun dried.
Weight: 100g, in a case
Use 3g of tea leaves and put in a warm pot or Gaiwan
pour 100ml water with 100°C and wait less than 1 min.
You can use this tea for around 10 infusions, or more depending on you taste.
