Traditionally sun-dried indigenous Taiwanese wild tea leaves are compressed into cake form using high temperature and pressure. Compression preserves the natural flavor of Taiwan wild tea leaves, and the aroma and flavor will transform beautifully with proper aging/storage.
If you keep this tea, it will be better after some years.
The tea trees are more than 80 years old. The garden is located in Sun-Moon-Lake area.
Oxidation: 10%, sun dried.
Weight: 300g, in a case
Use 3g of thea leafes and put in a warm pot or Gaiwan
pour 100ml water with 100°C and wait less than 1 min.
You can use this tea for around 10 infusions, or more depending on you taste.
