Matcha is a traditional Japanese green tea produced by stone-milling a shadegrown green tea called "Tencha" into a fine powder. The quality of matcha greatly depends on the tea bush cultivar, shading technique and picking standard used to produce Tencha. Matcha has a rich cultural tradition as the tea prepared and revered during Chanoyu the mindful, artistic, Zeninspired Japanese tea ceremony.
We present the matcha from Koyama En. These matchas are approved and recommended by the grandmaster of the Urasenke School of Chanoyu.
Contains: Vitamin C, E, zinc, antioxidants, catechin, trace elements, amino acids, chlorophyll, beta-carotene and caffeine, gamma-amino-acid (GABA), Teanin, flavonol, complex polysaccharides, saponin, cellulose fibers.
